Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This policy explains how Dehlavi Limited, trading as Sansos ("Sansos", "we", "us"), handles personal data submitted through this website (sansos.co.uk). We are registered in England and Wales (company number 14900270), with our registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration reference: ZB589703).
2. What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us directly, through the contact form on this website. That may include your name, email address, telephone number, job role, practice or organisation name, preferred contact method, the type of support you're enquiring about, your timeframe, and whatever you write in the message itself.
We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts on this website, and we do not collect any personal data automatically through your use of the site. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated and, where required, your consent will be sought first.
3. Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your enquiry, discuss whether our services are a good fit, and, if you choose to proceed, to deliver the consultancy support you've engaged us for.
Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interest - responding to enquiries you have made to us directly - or, where an engagement proceeds, taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you or your organisation.
4. Who we share it with
We use Resend, a transactional email service, to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox. Resend processes this data solely to deliver that email and does not use it for any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal data with any other third party, except where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if relevant, to maintain a record of the engagement that follows. Where an enquiry does not lead to further contact, we aim to delete it within a reasonable period rather than retain it indefinitely.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask us to delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@sansos.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have not handled your data properly.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the website or our data practices change. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website, so please check back periodically.
8. Contact us
Questions about this policy or how your data is handled can be sent to support@sansos.co.uk.
